Welcome to Desperate Greekies Greek Dog Rescue  All over Greece animals are suffering. Poisoning, hanging & drowning to name but a few of the horrific ways unwanted animals are disposed of. Greece has untold strays, there is no hope for these dogs! They will never experience a loving owner or a cosy bed or a good meal. There are countless dogs which are chained with no food, water or shelter and with little human contact, as well as those in shelters with no hope of ever leaving. We offer a secure and happy future for some of the dogs by giving them the chance of a home in the UK. They usually adjust to there new lives quickly, just look at these beauties now safe, happy and loved.   We recieve no personal remuneration, all help is voluntary, any donations are spent entirely on the animals. Please consider donating even just £1, it will make a difference.
